Born in 1984 in New York City, Lia Strasser studied art at Skidmore College and in Rome, Italy. Equal parts fine artist, creative director, designer, and illustrator, she works in both traditional and digital media. An award-winning creative, she has received multiple artist grants and residencies abroad. Strasser is a contributor at The New Yorker Magazine and an Art Director for BET, Paramount.
